At the beginning of the journey we provide you with a bespoke chronological plan considering all your priorities, so you never feel lost or out of control. Then throughout the process we manage all the time-consuming behind-the-scenes tasks, always with you in mind.
PLANNING
Managing travel logistics is a crucial aspect of destination wedding planning. We consider each location’s traffic patterns during peak times, road conditions and sizes, accessibility for shuttle buses, taxis and supplier deliveries, as well as evaluating the distance and incline of potential walking routes, and distances between accommodation and key venues. This ensures your suppliers can execute the plan with ease and every detail of your guests journey is considered.
LOGISTICS
We take complete operational control of your entire wedding and work tirelessly to execute the plan. We set up with your suppliers and coordinate breakdown and collection the day after. We manage everyone involved on the day, whilst reacting and adapting to the needs of the atmosphere, looking after your guests and discreetly solving any problems, so you get to feel like a guest at your own wedding and experience each exquisite moment exactly as we had planned.

To promise an outstanding level of quality, service, and refinement, we can only take on a limited number of clients each year. An investment in our destination wedding and event planning services comes at a bespoke fixed price and the final fee is dependent on the location, the number of guests, the complexity of your event and your budget.
Our fees are based on 15% of your budget with minimum fees beginning at £15,000 for full destination planning & design services. Your quote is fixed upon booking as we believe this ensures an honest and trusting relationship between us and cements that our advice is there only to truly guide and support you seamlessly through the planning process.
We do not operate on a commission basis, ensuring that your entire budget is transparently allocated to your wedding day, with no hidden fees or additional costs from suppliers being passed onto you.
